Durham Unified School District celebrates three teachers at the Elementary School who have served our community and students for many years, totaling 73 years of combined service to Durham! Kasey Hardesty has spent her entire 36 year teaching career at DES, Ramie Pisenti with a total of 36 years teaching and 27 spent at DES, and finally Andrew McCutcheon with 30 years of teaching and 10 at DES. All three will conclude their careers at the end of this school year. We hope you enjoy the pictures of our DES teachers with the Board of Trustees. Also joining the board and district administration were Teri DuBose representing United States Congressman Doug LaMalfa, Erin Huddleson representing California Assembly member James Gallagher and Sam Perkins representing California Senator Brian Dahle.
